We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper - Auditor Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role involves expertise in Bookkeeping, AP/AR, and auditing transactions using QuickBooks Online. Role Overview: As a Bookkeeper - Auditor Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, utilizing your skills in Bookkeeping, AP/AR, and auditing transactions, while contributing to the success of our company. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift) Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable. Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Utilize QuickBooks Online for accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaborate with team members using tools such as Trello and Screen Connect. Learn and effectively use our proprietary software with training provided. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online. Familiarity with Trello and Screen Connect is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
