Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Etaily is seeking an experienced marketer to build and manage the marketing strategy and activities for the business line for Etaily. The B2B Marketing and Content Manager role serves the B2B line of business (LOB) for our key Managed Services and SaaS businesses, tasked with collaborating closely to understand the business strategy and develop a marketing strategy and tactical program to help meet their objectives. They are responsible for developing and managing the marketing plan and budget, measuring KPIs, and driving meaningful engagement with clients and prospects.This role requires a dedicated focus on execution- demanding creativity, strong analytical rigor, communication and network building. The successful candidate will create programs to implement impactful new initiatives to drive business and channel growth. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a sales team located in multiple countries. Should also be skilled in story-telling, copywriting and PowerPoint creation, Account based marketing, demand generation, inbound marketing, outbound marketing, SEM, SEO, and Pipeline Generation leading to SQL (sales qualified leads)The B2B Marketing and Content Manager will support brand awareness, demand generation and ABM functions, campaigns, events, sales content creation, strategic messaging and positioning. This role will work across the product marketing, digital, brand and operations functions of the organization to distill business line requirements and goals into team objectives. The B2B Marketing and Content Manager will build effective, scalable strategies and a strong culture of excellence across B2B marketing activities. The best-suited candidate should be a persuasive, inspiring and clear communicator with high emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with team members and peers. This position will be responsible for and/or have: Leads the strategy development and success criteria for the Company Manages the workflow, operational, and quality processes working together with external partner agencies and internal teams including Expansion, Business Development, Creatives and Digital Marketing Being able to clearly demonstrate the company values and deliver the right messaging to our clients Spearheading the strategic and tactical execution of B2B marketing campaigns from driving brand awareness and traffic to acquisition and conversion Collaborating with Business Development to create a healthy pipeline of leads and achieve client acquisition objectives Managing KPIs to ensure marketing activities meet business targets Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills Business ownership: Have an ownership mindset; consider P&L and marketing investment accountability for the SEA region. Strategic planning with a 6–12-month horizon Requirements Qualifications: Proven & seasoned B2B Marketing expertise in technology/software space across the Asia Pacific region targeting FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Consumer electronics leadership (Manager level above buying persona) Experience in lifestyle, e-commerce and retail business is highly desired A strong track record of 5 years’ experience in marketing with a mix of digital, offline, brand, performance marketing, partnership, user acquisition and retention. Previous experience in and/or knowledge of the SaaS industry preferred. Familiarity with eCommerce operations and fraud management would be a plus with emphasis on target buyer persona driving SQLs Ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment and understand both the complexity and challenges of navigating a Marketing function through transformation Strategic mind-set, with exceptional clarity of thought combined with a hands on, detailed oriented approach when needed Ability to conduct robust inbound and outbound marketing campaigns a must Deeply customer centric and passionate about understanding the needs of our clients Experienced and credible in building valuable relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers Highly skilled in metric-based decision making with a start-up attitude 5+ years of marketing experience 3+ years of payments industry or other B2B experience 3+ years terminus and CRM experience (hubspot) a plus *This role has a HYBRID work setup Powered by JazzHR
