Assistant to Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project managers in keeping all drawings and logs updated and organized. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools such as Procore and proficiency in Autocad. As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction projects. Responsibilities: Assist project managers in maintaining and updating project drawings and logs in Procore. Organize and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate document workflows and approvals. Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Assist with project scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Proactively identify and address issues or concerns that may impact project timelines or budgets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore and Autocad. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
