Job Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to assist in timely and accurate data input and documentation of financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.The ideal candidate will work closely with the Accounting Senior Manager in preparing accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate will assist the Accounting Senior Manager migrate the accounting system from Zoho Books to Oracle Netsuite. Execute timely and accurate data input and documentation of financial transactions in the etaily’s accounting system (Zoho Books/Oracle Netsuite). Assist in daily bank reconciliation of all bank accounts in applicable currencies (USD, PHP, SGD). Assist in Maintaining systematic monitoring and reconciliation of accounts movements and variances. Work closely with the Accounting Specialist in preparing accurate and timely financial information and reports. Assist in routing and compiling relevant documents/requirements related to accounting, tax, and other regulatory compliance. Provide timely feedback, escalation, recommendations, and ad-hoc requests within Finance Team. Key Qualifications Must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, or any equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools Proactive and problem-solving attitude Analytical, data-driven mindset *This is a Work from Home position.
