Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Accounting) Client Industry: Sterilizer medical equipment/consumables products Location: Makati City (On-site) Shift and Schedule: 09.00 – 6.00 PHT Sign-on Bonus: 10,000 Php for those candidates who are hired and start on or before April 22, 2024. Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of an Accounting Assistant. Our client is in the Medical equipment and consumable products industry. In this role, you will be responsible for financial and administrative tasks, including invoice printing, file updates, collection tracking, vendor payments, and expense claim verification. It also includes supporting accounting and audit functions, managing vendor invoices, and handling ad hoc tasks as needed. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who excels in meeting reporting deadlines, exhibits ownership and results-oriented attributes, possesses strong communication and administrative skills, and is comfortable with remote reporting, particularly for operations in Singapore. Responsibilities: Updates & print & File local BIR invoice print Updates Excel Tracker & Print & file Collection Receipt (CR) Customer CWT (2307 cert) collection Issue Vendor payment 2307 cert ( tracker, updating, filing) Receipts/Invoice Listing for Cash application Prepare WHT to return monthly Retrieve PH importation document information for SLSP reporting Supporting AR function (including arranging cheque pick up & Cheque banking ) Verify staff expense claims Supporting Accounting/Audit (internal/external/Tax/BIR) Raise buy PO/ Payment Request PH + other SEA entities Finance CC invoices [as requested] Filing of Hardcopy vendor invoices Arrange courier service to send Invoice/CR to customer Other - ad hoc task as assigned Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting Basic knowledge of BIR tax requirement Able to meet reporting timelines, with good time management skills. Able to follow guidance to manage Excel files Good sense of ownership, result-oriented and responsible attributes Good communication/administrative/coordination skills Proficiency in Excel – basic formula/pivot SAP knowledge Comfortable in remote reporting (Singapore) Nice to have skills (Preferred): Experience in assisting BIR audit inquiry statutory tax audit Support CAS registration WHT return Why RecruitGo?
