Our client, collaborates with businesses across various industries. They specialize in assisting businesses in selecting Xero-integrated apps to enhance their overall performance within these industries. Job Description: Prepares financial statements in accordance with accounting standards Prepares clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed Prepares disclosure and tax calculation worksheets and completes income tax returns for companies, trust, partnerships and individuals Prepares business activity statement and instalment activity statements Prepares monthly management reports which includes consolidation of accounts and creating presentation files Helps identify accounting issues, draft query list for manager's attention Bookkeeping Prepares payroll workpapers and post payruns Prepares payroll tax workpapers Assist in the preparation of cover letters, dividend resolutions and dividend statements Completes requisite regulatory forms Perform adhoc tasks as needed Job Qualification Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm Demonstrated experience in preparing tax returns for companies, trusts, and individuals Proficiency in preparing financial statements for companies and trusts Experience in VCFO (Virtual Chief Financial Officer) responsibilities, focusing on management accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Graduate of Accountancy Preferred: with a Chartered Accountant qualification from Australia, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices specific to the Australian context.
