As an Account Manager - Onboarding Specialist, the team will play a crucial role in ensuring our existing clients are happy and using our product. The team will be making proactive outbound calls to our customers who are currently not using the product to try and get them onboarded and connected. This will include walking the clients through the system over the phone and scheduling onboarding Zooms. This will also include, sending proactive emails and text messages after each call and oftentimes following up with clients at a later date. The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps. Responsibilities:• Making 40+ outbound calls per day• Scheduling Zoom meetings with clients to educate them on the platform• Scheduling follow-up meetings or phone calls with customers• Attending all Zoom meetings scheduled on their calendar• Sending follow-up emails after every call• Attend company meetings Qualifications: The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone and through email/text• Proven experience in customer service or account management roles, preferably in a technology or software-related industry• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily (40+ calls per day) while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and follow-ups effectively• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating Zoom meetings, ensuring all appointments are accurately scheduled and attended• Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to send proactive emails and text messages after each client interaction and ensure timely follow-up on scheduled meetings or phone calls• Commitment to attending all scheduled Zoom meetings and company meetings, actively participating and contributing to discussions as needed Compensation: $8,400 - $9,600 yearly About Company: We are a technical concierge company providing services such as tech support, digital marketing, appointment setting, recruiting, web development, and administrative support to our clients.
