GrowthAssistant is looking for a seasoned Web Designer to excel in creating wireframes, concepts, and digital assets using Figma and Adobe Suite for various platforms like websites and social media. Additionally, manage website content and design, including optimizing structure and navigation based on creative direction. Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 99,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Benefits: Work From Home Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Card Tasks : Design and mockup websites and landing pages that align with our client's brand and goals Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that showcase the design to clients and developers Create design assets, including graphics, icons, and images, for use across various digital platforms Determine how users will interact with the website (UI/UX) Create Brand guidelines, style-guides, and styles-capes from scratch or creative briefs and assets provided by clients Optimize website’s structure and navigation for mobile devices Ad hoc graphic design (infographics, decks, social media ads, etc.) Requirements : 3+ years experience with Figma to design wireframes for Shopify and/or Wordpress websites 1+ years experience in web development using Webflow to design Shopify websites 3+ years experience with Adobe Suite of design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro a must!) Front-end development with HTML & CSS (preferred: JavaScript) Experienced working in an Agency environment with tight deadlines and a fast-paced Comfortable working a fixed schedule, partnering closely with the US client, talking daily over Zoom & instant messaging Understanding of color, typography, composition, and basic visual design principles Keen ability to follow directions and adhere to existing style guidelines or creative briefs unless specifically directed to interject ideas/new visual concepts Basic experience with a project management tool (Teamwork or similar) Experience creating websites for DTC companies/brands (most commonly) or B2B companies (less frequently) Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning web experiences Ability to work Centra Timezone Good oral and verbal communication skills Recent experience working in US office hours Nice-to-haves : Basic experience with web development for Shopify and Wordpress websites (primarily) Experience working on multiple brands/projects at the same time Light video-editing experience Experience designing apps We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
