Position Overview: The Vehicle Manager will oversee the arrival, and release of vehicles, ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate data posting in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the automotive industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Manage purchase orders (POs) for vehicles and related items, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, and delivery schedules. Vehicle Arrival and Release: Coordinate the logistics of vehicle arrivals, ensuring that all incoming inventory is logged and processed efficiently. Manage the release process of vehicles to customers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory levels of vehicles and related items, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with recorded data. NetSuite Management: Ensure accurate and timely posting of all vehicle-related transactions in NetSuite. Monitor and maintain data integrity within the system, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on vehicle inventory, sales trends, and procurement efficiency. Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in vehicle management or automotive inventory management. Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
