The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft compelling digital content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and effectively communicates our brand's message. Proficiency in shooting and editing videos using mobile apps like CapCut is essential, and we welcome candidates who can use any device to achieve quality results. Basic copywriting skills are essential for creating captivating captions and social media posts. The videos produced will also often require the candidate to be part of the content, serving as the subject or model to enhance authenticity and relatability. Content Research and Ideation Conduct thorough research on current content trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media practices to brainstorm, develop, and create innovative content ideas that align with our brand's vision and objectives. Specific Responsibilities: Research and analyze trending topics and viral content on TikTok and other social media platforms. Generate creative and engaging content ideas that reflect current trends and audience interests. Coordinate with various team members to ensure content strategies align with overall marketing goals. Content Production Create short, engaging video content for TikTok, ensuring high-quality production and authenticity while managing media files efficiently. Specific Responsibilities: Shoot and edit high-quality videos using mobile apps like CapCut or other suitable devices. Act as the subject or model in videos when necessary to enhance content authenticity and relatability. Maintain a well-organized library of video content and manage media files efficiently. Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Copywriting and Social Media Optimization Assist in crafting and managing engaging social media content while monitoring performance to optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement. Specific Responsibilities: Assist in creating engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, including captions, hashtags, and promotional content. Analyze engagement metrics, reach, viewer demographics, and other relevant data. Work closely with the social media team to support overall content strategy and execution. Identify trends and patterns in content performance Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content based on data-driven insights. Job Qualifications: Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work such as videos, social media posts, and copywriting samples. Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or any related course. A creative mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in video production, including shooting and editing Basic copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
