Support Analyst/Programmer

This position will be responsible for installation and support of Iatric Systems software applications using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Docker and Ansible. Conduct research & quality control testing of software applications (includes ongoing enhancements/bug fixes as well as investigating new technology), provide internal/external consulting and attend miscellaneous conference calls and team meetings. This position requires multitasking ability to handle priority tasks under stressful, time-sensitive conditions. Exceptional ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on priority tasks, as well as to work collectively as part of a team, are required. This role requires occasional off -hours support responsibilities when key customer Service Levels, especially when patient care, safety, security, or privacy is at risk. Required: • Four-year degree in computer and/or programming-related curriculum, or equivalent work experience in an IT environment. • Network+ (or equivalent) certification. • 4 years of in-depth experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems. • 4 years of experience with Network, Server, and Application System Administration. • Ability to work independently to meet stated goals. • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal iatricSystems and external Customer/Business Partner teams. • Ability to work from a home office during business hours without distraction. • Occasional After-Hours (On-call) assistance. • Mobile computing savvy (smart phone, tablet, laptop) • Ability to obtain high speed internet access from a home office. Preferred: • Experience with IIS, SAN storage, Database Administration and Email Server implementation highly desired. • Experience configuring handheld devices/Printer/Scanner. • Experience with Microsoft SQL server database installation and maintenance. • Experience with Microsoft SQL, SSIS and SSRS. • Experience with MySQL. • Experience with Windows programming using Visual Studio. • Experience with protocols such as HL7, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, sFTP.
