Opportunities: Base: ₱80,000 - ₱100,000 per month Full-time remote 28 days of Paid leave credits Day shift , AEST 13th Month pay upon completion of the 3-month probationary period (pro-rated) HMO upon completion of the 3-month probationary period About the Role: We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for content creation and design to lead and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that leverage content and design to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the implementation of a data-driven marketing strategy across all channels (online, offline, traditional, digital), with a strong focus on content and design. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis, informing content and design direction. Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively. Manage and mentor a team of content creators and graphic designers (if applicable). Craft high-quality and engaging content (written, visual, and interactive) across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience resonance. Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials for web pages, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and public relations (depending on company needs). Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) and translate insights into actionable content and design strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, content creation best practices, and design tools. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective alignment of marketing efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers (if applicable) Key Skills & Qualities: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of success in content creation and graphic design. Experience managing and leading a content creation team (a plus). Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices (SEO, keyword research, content strategy). Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Experience with web design principles and pointer design for webpages is a must. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and Hubspot software (a plus). Knowledge of the Australian Real Estate industry (a plus). Knowledge of how to run meta and google ad accounts to hit marketing campaign targets Experience: Over 5 years of experience in developing and executing high-performing content marketing campaigns. Proven track record of success in content creation, including writing, editing, and design. Strong ability to drive results through SEO, keyword research, and strategic content planning. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience leading a creative team.
