Join our team and be part of our mission to improve patient lives. This role will cover the territory of Manila and Pasay, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. The position As a Professional Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will: Ensure territory sales by promoting and selling Novo Nordisk Diabetes products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstores. Plan, organize, and implement sales territory programs for maximum effective coverage with a complete round of the territory every promotional cycle. Execute sales activities according to marketing strategy and business ethics procedures. Assess and diagnose the territory to identify potential customers, develop sales strategies, and execute territory plans to meet revenue targets. Conduct customer contacts, assess their needs, suggest appropriate products, and work in compliance with local laws, Novo Nordisk's policies, and quality standards and guidelines. Qualifications A bachelor's degree, preferably in a science-related course. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Added advantage of having experience in the diabetes therapeutic area. Ideally we prefer experience selling in Government Hospitals. High-performing, independent, and proactive with strong initiative and tenacity, possessing strong account management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
