GrowthAssistant is looking for an Meta and Google Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively. A/B Testing : Conduct rigorous testing of ads and ad sets to identify successful strategies that drive business outcomes. Independent Optimization : Utilize data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM to independently optimize Meta campaigns for improved performance. Recommend Best Practices : Proactively advise clients on optimal campaign optimizations based on industry best practices and emerging trends. Reporting and Communication : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced Excel or Google Sheets tools, communicating findings via various channels to maintain client engagement and transparency. The Requirements 3+ years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and provide recommendations on ad campaigns based data trends Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics Experience building brand new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns Expertise is understanding Meta ads data and making proactive recommendations to clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns & ads accordingly Monitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on data Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls Proven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past roles E-commerce experience Confident and comfortable working with CEOs, need minimal instruction, and can make strategic recommendations We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
