The Marketing Specialist needs to have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP/month, based on your experience Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home Paid Time Off: Paid leaves and holidays to recharge and relax Health Benefits: Enroll insurance plans from the HMOs of your choice Growth Opportunities: Training programs to boost your skills Mentorship: Access to mentor programs for career development Rewards: Milestone recognition and bonus programs Performance Bonuses: Earn extra for your outstanding work Results We Expect: Plan and launch a minimum of one major marketing campaign per month Building marketing funnels Produce and publish a specific number of content that is consistent across all platforms per week/month Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies on a regular basis Produce monthly reports on market conditions, competitor analysis, and customer insights Present a quarterly marketing strategy update to the team Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence/identity, increase organic search visibility, and drive traffic to the website Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements Create compelling content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Meta, and Google Ads or other social media channels Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to increase engagement Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Experience working on a Graveyard Shift Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own Preferred Skills: Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software The helloassist Values Adaptability We lead with empathy and take care of one another.
