They are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the data-driven marketing initiatives. Job Overview: As a Marketing Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills and marketing acumen to inform and optimize our GTM strategies. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive our marketing campaigns. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a passion for turning data into compelling narratives that enhance our marketing efforts.. Rate in USD: $8.0 - $8.5 (Per Hour)Salary in PHP: 400 - 425 (Per Hour) Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.). Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance. Perform A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize marketing strategies. Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze customer data to uncover insights about behavior, preferences, and demographics. Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine GTM plans based on insights. Identify and recommend new growth opportunities and target markets. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of marketing strategies. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Tools & Technologies: Utilize marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role. Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting marketing data to drive actionable insights. Experience with social media marketing, SEO, and GTM strategies.
