Job Description: The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure necessary to support the organization's operations. This role requires a deep understanding of network systems, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance and security. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage network architecture, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security. Implement and support disaster recovery and backup solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in network and infrastructure management.
