Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a dynamic HR Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and driving our people strategy forward. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities - including Payroll Management - Performance Dialogue - Policy and Procedure Development - Team Development - KPI and Bonus Administration - Staff Care Initiatives - Conflict Resolution - Team Performance Building - HR File Management and HR Meeting Coordination. Primarily this is achieved through exceptional organization and management - high-quality Professional Standards and Commitment to Excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of Payroll and Benefits. Ensure Compliance with Philippines Labor Laws and Tax Regulations. Coordinate with the Finance Manager to address any Payroll discrepancies. Implement and manage Performance Appraisal Processes. Facilitate regular Performance Reviews and provide Feedback to Employees. Develop and Track Performance Improvement Plans as necessary. Develop - update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures. Ensure all employees are informed of and understand HR Policies and Procedures. Conduct Regular Reviews to ensure policies remain current and effective. Identify Training and Development needs within the team and arrange appropriate Training Programs. Support Career Development and Progression for Employees. Foster a culture of Continuous Learning and Professional growth. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] for Employees. Administer Bonus Schemes and ensure aligned with Performance Metrics. Provide Regular Reports on KPI Achievements and Bonus Distributions. Lead the Staff Care Committee [SCC] to address Employee Welfare and Engagement. Organize Initiatives that promote Employee Well-Being and Work-Life Balance. Mediate Conflicts and facilitate Resolution between Employees or between Employees and Management. Implement Conflict Resolution Strategies and Training to prevent and manage disputes. Maintain impartiality and Confidentiality in Conflict Resolution Processes. Organize Team-building Activities to enhance Collaboration and Morale. Develop Strategies to improve Team Dynamics and Performance. Conduct regular assessments of team performance and implement Performance Improvement Plans [As Required]. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR Records and Files - including detailed HR: Filenotes. Ensure Compliance with Data Protection Regulations regarding Employee Information. Manage HR Documentation - including Contracts - Agreements and Disciplinary Records. Organize and facilitate HR Meetings - ensuring all relevant Topics are covered. Prepare Agendas - take detailed Minutes and follow up on Action Items. Communicate all HR Matters with the Office Manager and Managing Director. Ensure Honest - Open - Transparent Communication with the Office Manager and Managing Director in alignment with firm values. Ensure Display and Uphold Commitment to the company’s values. Requirements: Proficiency in Payroll processing and Compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and Regulations. Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills to accurately calculate Salaries - Allowances - Benefits - Deductions and Taxes. Knowledge of Payroll Software and Systems for efficient Payroll Administration ie SSS Hub. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to facilitate constructive Performance discussions between Managers and Employees. Ability to provide Feedback - set clear Performance expectations - and identify development opportunities. With Coaching and Counseling Skills to support Managers in addressing Performance issues effectively. Understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and Regulations to develop HR Policies - Procedures - Employment Agreement [Offer Letter] and Guidelines in Compliance with Legal Requirements. Attention to detail and ability to review and Update Policies regularly to reflect changes in Laws or Organizational needs. Has excellent communication skills to effectively communicate HR Policies and procedures to employees and ensure understanding and compliance. Leadership and Mentoring Skills to design and implement Employee Development Initiatives - such as Training Programs - Mentorship opportunities and Succession Planning. Ability to identify Training needs - develop training plans and evaluate training effectiveness.
