Validation of LOA application Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct. Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues/concerns. Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows. Handle employee grievances Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Handles employee movement within the organization And other task, duties, and responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time related to your department or business need. Live by the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy) What ClearSource Needs from You Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in Human Resources 2+ years of work experience with Stakeholder Management 2+ years of work experience with Employee Relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation Has a strong background in employee/labor relations BPO background and experience is a plus Must be able to work on a night shift at Ortigas City Powered by JazzHR
