Job Description Summary This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for implementing the operations strategy for Performance & Development, Year-end Compensation, Talent & Career, and Security processes. Key Responsibilities: * Resolves raised inquiries and supports case management including system transactions, data updates, ad hoc inquiries and reporting requests related to Performance and Development, Career, Talent, Compensation and Workday Security provisioned by the Talent and Compensation Operations Team * Tests Configuration updates prior to Year End Launch and raises any defects and suggests improvements * Conducts regular audits by running performance and compensation reports to monitor data, liaise with appropriate distributed team members when discrepancies are identified, and perform necessary corrective transactions where needed * Involvement in Project Management ensuring projects around the 5 Conversations and Key Achievement Activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner * Drives solutions and effectively collaborates with other global teams to enable best in class employee experience. * Ensures compliance in all areas of HR in accordance with fair policies and procedures of the local, state, and federal law. Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience and Skills: * Amenable to work on night shift * Workday and Shared Services background preferred. * Proficient analytical and problem solving skills required. * Attention to detail a must. * Effective communication across Business and HR functions required. * A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, establish prioritization and meet deadlines. * Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters. * Demonstrates learning agility to successfully adapt to changes within the organization. * Good social skills and the ability to successfully work with internal collaborators and colleagues to give ideas, find opportunities, and give to positive outcomes. * Data Analysis and advanced excel skills for automations is a plus.
