POSITION OVERVIEW The core mission of the Finance Account Associate is to provide various support and services to T – Shop Merchants such as payment reconciliation, phone/email/chat support, report generation, payment initiation, credit checks and monitoring of incoming emails from client’s suppliers. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Client / Customer Engagement Communicate to client and/or to client’s customers via phone, email or chat. Provide back-office support to clients. E-mail support for T-Shop merchants- answering wallet account credit inquiries from T-Shop Merchants. Attend client meetings and trainings. Data Processing T-Shop Merchants Payment Reconciliation- exporting payment transactions from the client’s multiple bank accounts and reconciling these payments against the T-Shop wallet transactions. Report Generation- generating reports such as T-Shop merchant invoices, Accounts Receivable aging reports and Daily Sales Outstanding reports. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of assigned solutions according to the agreed requirements of Payreto and the assigned client(s). Payment initiation for selected T-Shop Merchants- Initiate payments on behalf of the T-Shop merchants via ACH (up to 15 merchants). Escalate cases to Team Lead or client when necessary. Specific ad hoc tasks such as conducting credit checks on T-shop merchants via insurance provider Euler Hermes. Monitors the incoming emails from the Client’s suppliers (thru email – XXXX@transfer-to.com) and identifying the email. Confirmation from such suppliers acknowledging that the fund transfers from the Client has been received. Other Tasks Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager. Extend work hours when needed. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE? Bachelor’s degree in any field. Ideally in Business Administration, Finance or any equivalent degree. OR at least 2 years in college of any course OR must have graduated from a 2-year vocational course. At least one (1) year experience in back-office document processing operations related to applications for e-wallets, loans, or insurance. OR at least two (2) years’ BPO inbound voice/email/chat experience in handling international accounts in a customer service. Above average written and verbal communication skills. Must be adept in using online search engines to find relevant information. Must be process-oriented. Must be quality conscious. Must be highly analytical. Must be able to adhere to rules and policies. Must be personable, people-oriented, persuasive and self-confident. Must be a detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy.
