Salary Range : PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Insightful Analysis: Analyze results and craft compelling summaries of reports. Consistent Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various data sets. Accuracy Assurance: Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data and logic accuracy. Data Detective Work: Investigate and validate data across reports and channels. Data Management: Sort, scrub, tag, clean, and de-duplicate data efficiently. Database Juggling: Export data from one database, organize it with formulas, and import it back. Excel Expertise: Create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts in MS Excel with guidance from clients. Must-Have Skills: Excel & Google Sheets Mastery: Advanced experience is a must. Tableau Expertise: 2+ years of experience. Data Handling: Ability to work with data sources based on many-to-many joins. Multi-Source Integration: Experience combining data from multiple sources with different structures. Period Gaps Reporting: Skilled in visualizing data with intermittent periods (e.g., 35 records for March, 45 for May, none for April). Parameter Manipulation: Proficiency in modifying views using parameters. Cross Data Source Filters: Experience in working with cross data source filters. Looker Proficiency: 1+ years of experience with Looker or a similar tool/platform. Presentation Skills: Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint or Google Slides. SQL Savvy: Intermediate experience with SQL, especially with many-to-many relationships. Nice-to-Have Skills: Programming Prowess: VBA or Python skills are a bonus. PPT Creation: Experience creating PowerPoint decks from scratch. Visual Communication: Strong visual skills for efficient and elegant information presentation.
