Position's General Duties and Tasks In these roles you will be responsible for: • Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc. • • Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call • • Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers. • • Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed. • • Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. Requirements for this role include: • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication. • - 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor’s office) *** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
