Position Overview RecruitGo is searching for an Architect/BIM Coordinator to work with our client based in Butlersbridge, Ireland. Our client is a company that focuses on working on projects in Meath, Dublin, Longford, Carlow, Kildare, Galway, and more. MFA work encompasses diverse briefs, scales, and locations: from rural houses to urban masterplans, all are underpinned by a common design philosophy that is inquisitive and rigorous Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone upbeat, analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language. Preferably a graduate of electrical engineering. Responsibilities: Develop and refine architectural concepts on client requirements and project briefs Create and maintain detailed construction drawings using Computer - Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., ArchiCAD , AutoCAD) Research building materials, construction methods , and sustainable design practices. Prepare construction documentation, including specifications and schedules . Coordinate with engineers and other consultants on project details . Participate in client meetings (potentially virtually) to present design solutions and address concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Minimum 3-5 years experience working in an Architecture firm) Experience in ArchiCAD 24 or higher Able to deliver projects from a design and technical background Lumion or similar 3D rendering software Knowledge or background in EU/UK standards in design and construction is a big plus Experience working in a collaborative, international design environment is a plus Why RecruitGo?
