About the job Who are we looking for? This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Operations Manager located in Ortigas. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with revenue operations, including analyzing, optimizing, and managing revenue streams, coordinating with different departments to ensure revenue growth, developing and implementing revenue strategies, and monitoring revenue performance. Responsibilities include Develop and implement strategies to streamline revenue operations processes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals and drive revenue growth. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage CRM and other revenue-related systems to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Lead cross-functional projects to improve overall revenue performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications College Graduate (Any course). Experience in data analytics when it comes to leads generation. Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored for US market. Strong mathematical and statistical skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in revenue management or revenue operations. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams and levels of the organization. Self-driven and passionate about new ideas.
