Your workstation must be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps. 40.000 PHP to 60.000 PHP per month (based on experience) 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. You'll verify client documents for compliance, accurately reflect financial positions, ensure efficient data entry, and submit loan applications promptly for a seamless client-lender experience. Key Responsibilities (list the main responsibilities) Ensure compliance of client documents with the company checklist to meet regulatory requirements. Verify and update client financial information accurately in company systems. Prepare comprehensive application packs for client submissions. Manage the submission process of loan applications to lenders and coordinate valuations. Follow up with lenders on application status, manage post-settlement checks, and handle various loan forms and requests. Experience Experience in the broking industry and experience working in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker in Australia is a must .
