We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team, focusing on maritime logistics for last mile delivery operations in Singapore. The role will require the individual to work remotely in Philippines and to support the operations in Singapore. As an Operations Associate, the role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work Setup: Shifting; Full-time; Work from Home - Philippines Responsibilities Executing and monitoring all deliveries and related activities. Ensure goods are picked, packed and delivered smoothly and in good time. Ensure client and customer feedback are attended to promptly. Responsible for troubleshooting issues faced by customers and partners. Responsible for ensuring good customer and partner relations. Attend to and resolve any operational issues and report upwards accordingly. Compile, collate, analyse data and generate reports to enhance operational effectiveness and improve efficiency. Recommend plans to improve work processes and service quality. Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement. The Company may assign duties in addition to those described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements. Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and customer service representatives, to coordinate logistics activities effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in Software-as-a-Service or Platform application for Logistics or related fields will be an advantage (e.g.: GotSurge, LalaMove, NinjaVan). Understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Strong critical thinking, detail-oriented, analytical skills and experience with data analytic tools. Fluency in English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to cross-functional teams. An open mindset and enjoy speaking with people from various backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Familiarity with maritime regulations and customs procedures is preferred. Powered by JazzHR
