Job Summary:We are seeking to interview someone who has experience selling and closing clients for accounting firms. Follow up on inbound sales, answer company office line and schedule calls, assist company partners with closing business. If they have knowledge and experience in crypto, that is also a huge plus. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments. Set sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and implement effective sales tactics and techniques. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in product development discussions to provide customer insights and feedback. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenditures and adjust budget allocations as needed to maximize ROI. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use analytics tools to track sales trends and forecast future sales. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management or business development roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
