hello assist is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) who will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth and efficient customer service operations. This Customer Support Specialist position requires a detail-oriented and empathetic professional with experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage various tasks, provide timely support, and create systems that facilitate efficient operations across the company. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: PHP 25,000 - 40,000/month, based on your experience Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home Paid Time Off: Paid leaves and holidays to recharge and relax Health Benefits: Enroll insurance plans from the HMOs of your choice Growth Opportunities: Training programs to boost your skills Mentorship: Access to mentor programs for career development Rewards: Milestone recognition and bonus programs Performance Bonuses: Earn extra for your outstanding work Results We Expect: Daily logs on inquiries, technical concerns, issue resolution, order processing reports, and customer data updates Weekly summary reports on general updates, issue resolution reports, return and refund reports, ad hoc task reports Monthly audits and updates on product information, customer satisfaction reports, and data accuracy reports Reports on any special or ad hoc tasks requested by the client, including task descriptions, progress, and outcomes Updates on project-based tasks or initiatives, including milestones achieved and any issues encountered, as needed Your Responsibilities: Manage and organize daily customer support tasks, including handling inquiries via email, phone, and chat Provide timely support to customers with various issues and concerns Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information across different systems Communicate regularly with the team to ensure smooth operations and provide updates Proactively identify and resolve customer service issues Develop and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and tools Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience working on a Graveyard Shift Experience taking little direction and figuring things out on their own Preferred Skills: Experience in the Outsourcing industry or any relevant industries Experience in supporting Startups Proficiency with customer support tools and software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar applications (great to have, but not required) The helloassist Values Adaptability We lead with empathy and take care of one another.
