We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a strong understanding of e-commerce, proficiency with the BigCommerce platform, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing online orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including email, phone, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. Manage and process online orders using the BigCommerce platform. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions. Utilize QuickBooks Online for invoicing, order tracking, and financial record-keeping. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve customer service processes and website functionality. Monitor customer feedback and report issues to the appropriate departments. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and customer service. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Proficiency with the BigCommerce platform. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of organization and time management skills. Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and online sales processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with other e-commerce platforms and tools. Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
