Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns. This role will be pivotal in executing our go-to-market (GTM) plan, optimizing customer journeys, and driving lead generation and conversion. Rate in USD: $7 - $8 (Per Hour)Salary in PHP: 375 - 400 (Per Hour) Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Automation Strategies: Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation strategies with our GTM plan, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows. Segment audiences and personalize communications to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Customer Journey Optimization: Map out and optimize the customer journey from lead generation to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation best practices and platform usage. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software, Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Pardot Specialist, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification are required or preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar. Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
