Job Overview: As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our email marketing efforts. You’ll craft and execute data-driven email campaigns that align with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, focusing on nurturing leads, driving engagement, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating compelling content. Rate in USD: $5.25 - $5.75 (Per Hour)Salary in PHP: 262.5 - 287.5 (Per Hour) Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and transactional emails that align with our GTM plan. Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive email content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging. Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize segmentation strategies to tailor messages to specific audience segments, enhancing personalization and relevance. Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and engage customers throughout their journey. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future email marketing efforts. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective email strategies, continually refining and improving campaign results. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in email marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign) and CRM systems. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all email campaigns. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative email marketing strategies.
