You will be required to utilize your personal equipment for this position (computer, headset, and relevant accessories) Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps. 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines time, Monday to Friday Benefits 20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Bonus About the Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Australian-based Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include creating social media posts and email marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Creating and scheduling at least 4 weekly posts for the 4 different brands on all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Managing and growing social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Creating marketing assets, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, and providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Position Prerequisites At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Experience in using HootSuite and MailChimp is an advantage. Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Excellent attention to detail, strong project management, and organizational skills. Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
