Job Title: Product Lister for Shopify and BigCommerce We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Lister to manage product listings on our Shopify and BigCommerce stores. This role involves creating, updating, and maintaining product listings to ensure accuracy and optimize the customer shopping experience. Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Creation: Upload new products to Shopify and BigCommerce. Write clear and compelling product titles and descriptions. Ensure accurate product specifications, including size, color, material, etc. Content Management: Source, edit, and upload product images. Format and upload product information, including SKUs, prices, and inventory levels. Add relevant tags and categories to improve searchability. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in product titles, descriptions, and meta tags. Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility. Data Management: Regularly update product listings to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, and availability. Monitor and correct discrepancies in product listings. Perform bulk uploads and updates using CSV files. Quality Assurance: Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date. Regularly review and audit listings for errors or inconsistencies. Coordinate with other departments to resolve listing issues. Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure high-quality images and descriptions to enhance the shopping experience. Implement user-friendly features such as product variations and bundles. Cross-Platform Coordination: Maintain consistent and accurate product information across both Shopify and BigCommerce platforms. Use platform-specific tools and integrations to manage listings efficiently. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on listing performance metrics, such as views, clicks, and sales. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Product Lister or similar role, preferably with Shopify and BigCommerce. Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and SEO strategies. Skills: Proficiency in Shopify and BigCommerce platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting (preferred). Technical Proficiency: Experience with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop). Proficiency in using CSV files for bulk product uploads. Familiarity with SEO tools and practices.
