Php 25,000 - Php 35, 000 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines time, Monday to Friday Benefits 20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Bonus About the Role As the Sales Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Australian-based Sales Manager. Your role will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and delivering on agreed business growth targets. You will provide administrative support so that the Salesperson and the team may achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently, and ensure excellent client and customer management is provided throughout. Key Responsibilities Answering and handling client queries on behalf of the Sales team. Defining project scopes. Entering information into HubSpot CRM on behalf of the sales team. Preparing and finalizing quotes and merging necessary documents. Reviewing and scoping tenders, along with conducting basic follow-ups. Maintaining the general pipeline for the team. Position Prerequisites At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales (strong knowledge of sales, sales process, etc.). Experience in using Hubspot CRM is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, strong project management, and organizational skills. Knowledge in handling quotes for projects and can do administrative work. Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Well-presented and very personable.
