About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced IT professional to join our growing IT Plus team as a Level 2-3 Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers, troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
