What We Offer: • Great onboarding/training and access to all the tools you need to be successful• Work-from-home flexibility• Continuous work opportunities alongside a team of professionals dedicated to fostering company culture Responsibilities:• Assist the Transaction Coordinator in managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process.• Coordinate with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.• Input and maintain transaction records in our database and ensure the accuracy of information.• Monitor transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met.• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their transaction status.• Assist in preparing contracts, addendums, new title orders, and other transaction documents.• Organize and schedule appointments, inspections, and other activities as needed.• Provide administrative support to the Transaction Coordinator and other team members as required. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
