RemoteVA is seeking a skilled IT Level 2 professional to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (night shift) in a dynamic environment, supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure and providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities: Backups: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot backup systems. Virus Management: Implement antivirus solutions, conduct scans, and respond to incidents. End User Desktop Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install/configure OS and applications, and resolve connectivity problems. RMM Overview: Use ConnectWise RMM to monitor client networks, identify issues, and perform remote maintenance. Ticket Dispatching: Prioritize and assign support tickets, ensuring timely resolution. Team Collaboration: Share knowledge, provide guidance, and contribute to service improvement. Independent Work: Manage workload and resolve technical issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment. Proficiency in ConnectWise RMM and Autotask PSA tools. Strong knowledge of backup systems and processes. Familiarity with antivirus solutions and virus management best practices. Solid understanding of desktop support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
