Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: 100% remote About Us: Performacentric helps small and mid-market companies improve business profitability and efficiency with data visualization, business intelligence, and ERP software. Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the company founder, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating the smooth execution of various tasks. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met. Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Facilitate communication within the executive team and across the organization. Draft and manage internal and external communications. Data Management: Maintain and organize executive files, records, and databases. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Perform data entry, including translating hand-written notes into professional Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations. Qualifications: High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives. Familiarity with Clickup project management software is a plus.
