About You: Shopify & Amazon Master: An expert in both Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, with a deep understanding of catalog management and optimization across both platforms. Store Builder: Experience setting up and launching successful Shopify stores, including product listing, design, and functionality. Customer Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service through email and chat. Organization Rockstar: Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage tasks efficiently across two platforms. Bonus Points: Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing a plus. Responsibilities: Manage product listings, inventory, and orders on both Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. Provide exceptional customer service through email and chat for both platforms. Assist with setting up and optimizing new Shopify stores.
