The Redux Group, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate team in the Washington, DC area of the United States, is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team. As one of the top real estate teams in the US, we are committed to providing a first-class experience to our customers and enriching their lives through real estate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships based on trust and mutual respect, pre-qualify buyers, understand seller needs and refer those clients to a senior Inside Sales Agent. To be considered for this role, you must complete the associated questions and take the assessment. Responsibilities:• Tenaciously call, text, and email potential clients to establish communication and determine interest in the purchase or sale of real estate.• Pre-qualify prospects by accurately assessing holistic motivation to buy or sell property, timeline, and financial specifics prior to referring to senior inside sales agents.• Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from our Redux Community Qualifications:• Availability: Hours are generally 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST time and can be any day of the week. We will work out specific hours during the hiring process. If you are not able to work during Eastern Time hours, this is not the role for you.• You have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated• You have no fear of phone communication using professional spoken English language• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment• You have experience in inside sales for a major US employer and bonus points for experience in the US real estate industry• Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional• Your enthusiasm for success is superseded only by your degree of personal integrity and you are eager to learn and grow professionally• You must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (Proficiency in FUB CRM and Google Office Suite preferred) Compensation: $10 / hr About Company: The Redux Group, a growth-oriented, top-producing mid-Atlantic real estate team, doing business in the DC Metropolitan, Baltimore, Richmond, Philadelphia, and Delaware areas.
