Your role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: -Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked.-Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: -Proficiency in both written and verbal English.-Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.-A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
