Position Overview: The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, conducting market research, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance marketing efforts. Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and brand image. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for various channels, including digital and traditional media. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust tactics as needed. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. Public Relations (PR) and Media Contacts: Maintain and develop relationships with media contacts and PR agencies. Coordinate PR activities to promote brand visibility and reputation. Handle media inquiries and manage press releases. Creative Development: Foster a creative approach to marketing initiatives, ensuring innovative and impactful campaigns. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG category. Experience in the paper and diaper industries is highly desirable. Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management. Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software. Established PR and media contacts are a priority. Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results.
