Distribution Specialist Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Experience in the FMCG/Consumer Goods or diaper industry is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in distribution management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have good communication skills. Attributes: Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Preferably can drive (motorcycle/car).
