Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive back-end developer to join our dynamic Development Team at CoreBridge Solutions. This role is ideal for those who thrive in innovative and fast-paced environments, possessing a solid background in software engineering and a passion for building scalable back-end systems. As a backend developer, you will engage deeply in system design, implementation, and optimization. By collaborating closely with front-end developers and integrating cutting-edge technologies, you will help drive the technical direction of our products and ensure they meet both customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable back-end architecture for various digital solutions. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing primarily on coding, bug fixing, and performance improvement. Engage in daily Agile scrum meetings to ensure project alignment and team collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in back-end development with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Strong understanding of the full web development process (development, deployment, and maintenance). Proficient in API development, database technologies (SQL, MongoDB), and microservices architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
