Job Description:RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in construction framing and sheetrock to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading building plans and using various estimating tools. This role involves accurately estimating the cost of materials, labor, and time required for construction projects.Responsibilities:-Analyze and interpret building plans and project specifications.-Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction framing and sheetrock projects.-Utilize software tools such as Stack, Plan Swift, and AutoCAD to assist in the estimation process.-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.-Review and update estimates based on project changes and new information.-Maintain detailed records of estimated and actual project costs.-Provide clear and concise reports to clients and management.Qualifications:-Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically in framing and sheetrock.-Proficiency in reading and interpreting building plans and blueprints.-Strong knowledge of estimation software tools such as Stack, Plan Swift, and AutoCAD.-Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.-Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.-Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Working Schedule-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)-Work from home- Salary USD 700Monthlysend your CV and portfolio to: XXXX@gmail.comPowered by JazzHR
