JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: The Team Manager will supervise agents assigned to Small Campaigns , as well as, have responsibility for the agents' day-to-day activities. The Team Manager's duties shall include, but are not limited to: Supervise staff, including usage of approved time tracking mechanisms designated by the Small Campaigns. Facilitate meetings with agents Reinforce Small Campaigns methods and adherence to Small Campaigns work model Track and report performance Productivity monitoring for quality control Provide feedback and formal coaching Adherence to Small Campaigns policies and procedures and all other requirements specified by the Small Campaigns Resolve, track, and trend escalated customer and affiliate service issues and review such issues with the Operations Manager on a monthly basis Notify the Operations Manager/s of issues that require escalation The requirements for each Tam Manager include, but are not limited to, the following: Demonstrated leadership skills Proven ability to deliver results Experience in supervision, coordination, and motivation of employees Internal Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year of tenure with the same program, or as an SME or similar leadership experience For external applicants, at least 2-3 years TM experience. Above-average communication skills (both verbal and written) In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Familiarity with MS Office applications Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Willing to work onsite Job Posted by ApplicantPro
