ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an exceptional Partnerships Director with excellent communication, managerial experience, and interpersonal skills to join one of the leading branding and design marketing agencies in the US. This agency has worked with top e-commerce/CPG brands globally. You’ll be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for external parties and potential partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the main point of contact for and maintain strong relationships with external parties, including e-commerce/CPG brands (i.e. potential clients) seeking the agency’s services, as well as strategic partners that could offer value and mutually-beneficial relationships Identify potential partnership opportunities through active outreach and networking Own the sales cycle from target/prospect identification through to contract close Develop strategies and proposals for acquiring new leads, collaborating with internal teams as needed Establish a deep understanding of the agency and its services, brainstorming creative partnership opportunities Develop and maintain assets (such as presentations, briefs, or other documents) to support partnership and business goals Track and monitor leads, ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are being met Respond promptly and professionally to partnership inquiries or opportunities Maintain a meticulous record of all correspondences with external parties Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 5+ years in a Partnerships Director (or equivalent) role, preferably for a digital marketing agency Experience with Slack/Gmail/Microsoft Office is a must Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills Outstanding time management and attention to detail Permanent access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift BENEFITS Competitive pay, always in US dollars Work remotely from the comfort of your home Health & wellness benefit Paid holidays and time off Performance and referral bonuses Global exposure to the world’s best companies Powered by JazzHR
