Roles and Functions of a Mental Health Provider Provide quality and thorough teleconsultations to members through Hive Health’s website as expected from a general practitioner Provide first aid and medical treatment to acute and medical emergencies via teleconsultation Issuance of prescriptions for procedures and medications to the members when deemed necessary Create and maintain complete and comprehensive electronic health records of the members Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers such as a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist when deemed necessary Create medical certificates for the members when deemed necessary Promotion of a holistic healthy lifestyle with focus on prevention of illnesses Provide psycho-social, emotional and mental health services to the members Work closely with Hive Health key management to further improve the company’s service Qualifications Medical Doctor with PRC license from the Philippines (Psychology or Psychiatry training is a plus) Results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset Excellent verbal and written communications Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Passion for innovation in healthcare Compensation Competitive compensation on a per consult basis with performance and quality metrics Powered by JazzHR
