Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Process or calculate payable hours, allowances, taxes, and deductions. Payroll.Conduct job offers.Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Able to work across a range of media and formats .Superb interpersonal / PR skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and ClickUp.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Open receptiveness to feedback.Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be proactive and take initiative.Passionate about customers and customer experience.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge a plus.Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.Powered by JazzHR
